Terms & Conditions

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain a valid RMA code. Goods must be new & unused condition, in saleable condition, and must be in all their original packing with all relevant manuals etc. The goods should also be packed in suitable outer packing / box as you received the goods.
The postage & packing cost both ways is the customers responsibility. Should the original postage be free of charge for the goods being returned (excluding faulty product) we reserve the right to charge the same fee as the cost that you incur in sending the goods back to us. Please ensure that you send the goods back by use of an appropriate service, as it remains the customers property and responsibility until the goods are safely delivered back to us intact. This offer of return does not apply to custom orders where goods have been bought in as a special order. Goods that are reported as faulty within 14 days will either be offered a replacement or refund.

Warranty & liability
Should your product develop a fault, within 14 days of receipt. please contact us before you return the product where we will issue a RMA number. upon receiving the item back we will replace the product or refund the cost of the product should a replacement not be available , within the first 14 days. After this period our standard 12 month warranty comes into effect from the original date of receipt. .

Please note we accept no responsibility for any additional cost in relationship to faulty, defective product. our maximum liability will be no greater than the cost of the goods within the invoice.

all of our products unless otherwise stated are covered by a full 12 month UK return to base warranty & offer an out of warranty repair service at a reasonable cost subject to parts being available.

Payment.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque or BACS

Applicable law relating to all orders
The order shall be considered a contract made in England and shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and the parties concerned agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO ALARM/CCTV INSTALLATION
Herein contained are the terms and conditions of installation, service, and monitoring of said alarm system. “Customer” shall be used to identify name of Subscriber affixed to face of Contract and “Company” shall apply to Swift CCTV Installation Service Ltd. 1)
Installation: Company agrees to install the equipment listed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the following conditions:
A. Customer will make premises available without interruption during Company’s normal working hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
B. Customer understands that the installation will necessitate drilling into various parts of the premises. Company intends generally to conceal wiring in the finished areas of the premises, however, there may be areas in which due to construction, decoration or furnishing of the premises, Company determines, in its sole discretion that it would be impractical to conceal the wiring and, in such cases, wire will be exposed.
C. Customer agrees to provide 240 AC electrical outlets at the designated locations for equipment requiring AC power.
D. Customer agrees to provide for any lifting equipment and civil works not covered by the company’s schedule or proposal for works.
E. Customer understands that installation requires drilling holes in interior and exterior walls. Company limits its liability to the patching of said holes and Company cannot be responsible for providing paint or wall coverings to match those colours or coverings existing within Customer’s premises.
2) Title to the equipment is to remain with Company until the full purchase price is paid. Failure to pay the purchase price of the installed equipment when due shall give Company the right, without obligation to repossess that equipment with or without notice, and to avail itself of any legal remedy. Any costs for collection, including reasonable legal fees are at the Customer’s expense.
3) LIMITED WARRANTY – ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND LABOUR USED ARE COVERED BY A 30 DAY WARRANTY FOLLOWING INSTALLATION, AFTER WHICH TIME MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT ARE ON A 12 MONTH ‘RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY’.
AFTER 30 DAYS AT THE COMPANIES DISCRETION A CALL OUT FEE WILL BE APPLIED, DEPENDING ON ANY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IN PLACE. ALL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT THE COMPANY’S OPTION WITH A NEW OR FUNCTIONALLY OPERATIVE PART. LABOUR AND MATERIAL REQUIRED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE SUCH DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS OR TO MAKE MECHANICAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SYSTEM WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY(30) DAYS FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION.
THE CUSTOMER’S REMEDIES HEREUNDER AND UNDER ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS STATED ABOVE. COMPANY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER OCCASIONED. THE WARRANTY PRINTED ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW AND IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER CALLS COMPANY FOR SERVICE UNDER THE WARRANTY AND UPON INSPECTION BY THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE IT IS FOUND THAT ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS HAS LED TO THE INOPERABILITY OR APPARENT INOPERABILITY OF THE SYSTEM, A CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR THE SERVICE CALL OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WHETHER OR NOT HE ACTUALLY WORKS ON THE SYSTEM. SHOULD IT ACTUALLY BE NECESSARY TO MAKE REPAIRS TO THE SYSTEM DUE TO ONE OF THE “CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY”, CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR SUCH WORK AT COMPANY’S THEN APPLICABLE RATES FOR LABOUR AND MATERIAL.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:
A. Damage resulting from accidents, acts of God, alteration, misuse, tampering and abuse.
B. Failure of Customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by Company at time of installation.
C. Trouble in leased telephone line or interruption to commercial power.
D. Any fines, fees or other costs due to false alarms.
E. Batteries, lamps, bulbs and other consumable items.
4) Errors or omissions in construction or installation of the system, including but not limited to, failure to wire any portion of the premises must be called to the attention of Company by Customer, in writing, within ten (10) calendar days of completion of installation. Upon expiration of said ten (10) days, the installation and the protection provided shall be deemed accepted by Customer.

I have recently bought a new home and the property is on an estate which is relative new to me and for peace of mind, consideration was being given to having CCTV and an intruder alarm system fitted in.

Like many, I did my due diligence - spoke to friends / family and had 3 people call round to give me quote.

None of the providers were able to complete a quote which demonstrated the operating system/functionality/the brand and type of cameras that I wanted along with completing the installation.

Through a family recommendation Wali at SwiftCCTV was recommended.

Wali' obliged and provided me with a quote, educated me on what I needed along with importantly providing me with a competitive price.

After careful consideration I decided to proceed and Wali along with colleague Nas completed the installation on 19/10.

I could not be more happy with the service and installation. The CCTV and Alarm system has been installed with minimal disruption to the existing property and all of the wires have been fastened neetly and tucked away securely.

For the CCTV I have been shown how to use the app/playback the recordings where required and for someone who is not IT savvy this was reassuring.

Both were professional and conducted themselves honestly even after long day of work. I would happy to recommend.

Great service and aftercare, was really impressed. The guys arrived on time to install my 4 camera system and were professional and tidy in their work. The price was competitive and I asked for a second screen which was also a good price. There was a issue with a hard drive failure which was swapped out quickly.

I'd fully recommend to anyone looking for a quality CCTV system. 👍

We had a minor problem with our intruder alarm system. I phoned swift cctv and explained the issue to them. They arranged for an engineer to visit us in a few days to resolve the issue. The entire system was fully checked and as it was necessary to install a new Battery, that was done.

For a burglar alarm system issue to be sorted out so quickly was remarkable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking expert advice and prompt service for the peace of mind.
